Hi, I’m Megan, the salon owner, lead stylist, and the creative force behind In The Loop by Lather. I’ve been doing hair since 2008, which means I’ve seen trends come and go, and come back again wearing a different name. What’s stuck? Good hair, great energy, and clients who trust me to tell them the truth.
I specialize in lived- in color, effortless cuts, and hair that feels like you, just elevated. I’m not into cookie-cutter looks or rushing people out the door. I believe luxury should feel relaxed, honest, and a little bit fun.
After years behind the chair (and a lot of learning the hard way), I bought In The Loop to create the kind of salon I always wanted to work in: cozy, music forward, slightly moody, and full of stylists who give a damn. I’m big on boundaries, communication, and respecting everyone’s time, mine included.
When I’m not doing hair, I’m probably drinking good coffee, lifting weights when I can, starting a creative project I don’t have time to finish, or figuring out how to run a business while raising 2 beautiful humans. If you want hair that grows out beautifully, a stylist that listens, and an experience that doesn’t feel like a stuffy salon cliche you’re in the right place.
Justin Bridges
Justin is a stylist with an eye for detail, steady hands, and a calm easy going presence that makes appointments feel effortless. He’s known for clean, well-balanced cuts and thoughtful work that grows out beautifully - no rushing, no shortcuts, and no pressure to chat unless you want to.
Outside the salon, Justin’s creativity runs deep. He’s an anime and horror lover, gamer, streamer, and both traditional; and digital artist. That creative brain shows up in his hair work too: intentional, personalized, and never cookie-cutter. He’s all about understanding the person in his chair and creating a look that actually fits their life.
Justin is proudly LGBTQIA+ and believes the salon should be a space where everyone feels safe, comfortable, and truly themselves. Whether you’re after something subtle or a little bolder, he listens first and executes with care.

Sarah Victoria
Sarah Victoria is the kind of stylist who makes you feel comfortable the second you sit in her chair. She has a chill, grounded approach and a knack for creating hair that feels natural, intentional, and effortlessly wearable. Sarah Victoria believes a salon should feel welcoming to all people, free of judgement, and a place to practice self-care. She takes her time with each guest, listens closely, and makes sure you leave feeling confident. Sarah Victoria is especially great at figuring out what looks work best based on a client’s personal style. Whether you’re low-maintenance, high-impact, or somewhere in between, she’ll meet you where you are.
When she’s not doing hair, Sarah Victoria is hanging out with her puppies and fiancée, adding to her tattoo and piercing collection, watching horror movies, or indulging in a 90 day finance binge. We're so glad you're here. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re returning for your next transformation, here’s what to expect when you arrive:
You’ll find parking directly in front of the salon at Revere and Branard St., with additional parking along Branard if needed. Once inside, you’ll be greeted, checked in, and offered a beverage — we proudly serve complimentary beer and wine for guests 21+.
Your stylist will sit down with you to talk through your goals. We love when guests bring inspiration photos to help guide the conversation. From there, we’ll create a customized plan and review pricing before getting started.
After your service, your stylist will walk you through how to style and maintain your new look at home — including product recommendations and a suggested maintenance schedule tailored to your hair.
